TERMS OF SERVICE
By ordering a commission from me, you agree to the following terms.PAYMENT / REFUNDS
• Payment is full, upfront and in EURO (€), please, mind the currency conversion if it applies.
• Work on commission begins only after payment is received.
• After the slot is booked, I'll wait 7 full days for the client to pay before discarding the unpaid slot.
• NO REFUNDS unless I'm unable to complete your commission.
• Payments are handled through Vgen platform only. No Paypal, to protect my clients' privacy and data.Once your commission is accepted and the price quote is sent, please make the payment within 7 days. If you are unable to pay in time, I will have to decline your request at that point, so that others in the waitlist can move up.⚠ NFT / AI USE PROHIBITED ⚠
Modifying my artwork, using it for Non Fungible Token (NFT) or sell through NFT or any form of Cryptocurrency is PROHIBITED! I do NOT give anyone permission to use my art for any AI prompts or generating AI images in any way possible either !
Note: If you provide visual references generated by AI for your commission, it will be refused immediately and I'll block you. I do not want anything to do with that!POLICY
• Commissions are digital files only.
• As the artist, I reserve the right to post the commission to any of my social media accounts. In the case of fanart commissions, I reserve the right to print and sell the piece. (I will never print a client's original characters.) Clients will be credited in a commission post unless they wish to remain anonymous.
• Commissions are for personal, non-commercial use only. As the commissioner, you can post them to your blog, edit them into icons/headers/graphics, or print them as long as it is for your personal use. In these cases, please credit me (do not erase the watermark) and link back to any of my social media accounts.
• You may NOT: claim the image as your own (including tracing/heavily referencing the image without credit), or use the image for commercial purposes (such as printing the image on any material and selling it, or using it to promote a product or service).
• You may NOT reupload(repost) / use / edit / Pinterest any of my works! I don't allow them to be used in videos whether it's YouTube or Tiktok or anything either.
• I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.
• You must provide a clear visual reference for me. Description only commissions will be refused.PRIVACY POLICY:
• Personal data such as email address, name and any other personal information will not be shared or sold to third parties.
• Email address, phone numbers and any other data that I collect are only stocked as invoice details. This information remains personal and will not be used nor shared or sold to any third party.DELIVERY TIME:
• Completion time varies depending on the complexity of the order/current queue. Usually, the turnaround is anywhere between a few weeks to a couple of months.
• I work on commissions 5 days a week (Mon-Fri). I do not work on weekends or during major Holidays.
IMPORTANT NOTES:1. If you have already commissioned another artist before me to draw your OC, you can provide a picture of the work they made for you as a reference !
(Do NOT ask me to copy their style, I will refuse the request instantly!)2. For the people who would like to commission FFXIV NPCs, I can accept requests about those from ARR to 7.0 included. I will NOT accept commissions that ask me to draw something/someone from the next patches, to avoid spoilers. (I can't play new content for many months after their release, so please, refrain from spoilering me via commission requests.) Thank you for your understanding.
